By signing up for Rofan AI, you are considered to agree to these terms of service.

You agree that Rofan AI may use cookies for user identification and data analysis. You can refuse the use of cookies through your browser settings, but this may limit your ability to use the service.

Rofan AI is a service that provides conversations with AI characters using Open AI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), and local AI models.

You must register to use or create AI content. Personal information collected through registration may be used to improve the AI content creation service and for business purposes, and will not be provided to third parties without your consent. You agree that Rofan AI may send AI content-related notifications and other business emails to you via email.

Rofan AI sells virtual points (P) required for using and creating AI content to maintain service and improve quality, and provides a certain amount of free points upon initial registration. Additionally, free points are periodically provided every 24 hours. Points can only be used for the purpose of using and creating AI content in Rofan AI and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services. Points cannot be rented or transferred.

Points are used for AI content creation and conversation, and the points deducted vary depending on the AI model you have set. If you have both free points and paid points, paid points are deducted first, and paid points are deducted in the order of their expiration date.

After purchasing paid points, you can withdraw your subscription within 7 days if there is no history of using the points, including bonus points provided by the payment amount, and refunds are not possible thereafter. When a refund is made for a card payment, the payment will be canceled on the card used, and the refund will be made within 5 business days. If there are technical issues with the service or other legitimate reasons, please contact us at: webmaster@rofan.ai. If your claim is accepted, we will refund the cost.

You agree that payment fees may be affected by current exchange rates between currencies. Card and bank payment fees or currency exchange fees may apply depending on local circumstances.

Paid points will automatically expire one year after the payment date, and unused points will not be refunded.

Due to the nature of AI models, the results of generated content are unpredictable, and may not match the prompt or settings entered by the user, or may be of low quality. This is not a valid reason for a refund.

The AI content provided by Rofan AI is provided by artificial intelligence algorithms, and the truthfulness and accuracy of the content are not guaranteed. The responsibility for verifying the content lies with the user.

Rofan AI is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the use of content generated by our AI conversation service. Attempts to generate or use content that may be legally problematic in your legal jurisdiction or within South Korea are prohibited.

You must not generate content that is obscene, hateful, infringing on copyrights, illegal, disclosing personal information, degrading the quality of the service, or promotional content. If there is even a slight inclusion of suggestive content, you must select the category of suggestive content when publishing. Failure to comply will result in the user being fully responsible for all legal liabilities.

The intellectual property rights to the content registered on Rofan AI belong to Rofan AI. Rofan AI may use the content within a reasonable scope in accordance with the fair practices stipulated by copyright law for purposes such as service operation, exhibition, transmission, distribution, and promotion without the separate permission of the creator.

You may not use any content registered on Rofan AI for commercial or other personal gain without the explicit permission of the company. However, you may use content that you have created yourself without the explicit permission of the company. However, you must ensure that the content you create does not infringe on the rights of others, and you are fully responsible for any legal issues that arise from such content. If the unauthorized use of content causes damage to the company, you are liable for damages in accordance with legal procedures.

You must not engage in any activities that may harm our service. If it is determined that you are causing harm to our service, your account may be blocked or legal action may be taken without warning. In this case, unused points will not be refunded.

If you request withdrawal or withdraw your consent to the collection and use of personal information, your personal information will be destroyed immediately upon acceptance of the request. However, in the following cases, personal information will be destroyed without delay upon termination of the relevant reasons: When the member presses the withdrawal button directly, when investigations or investigations due to violations of relevant laws have been completed, when there is a debt or credit relationship or other problems arise due to the use of the service, it will be destroyed immediately upon completion of settlement and processing. In addition, users who have caused damage to our service through fraudulent or malicious use may be restricted from re-registration, and withdrawal records, including the membership registration IP and duplicate registration confirmation information (DI), will be retained for up to 5 years to prevent evidence destruction and indiscriminate re-registration by fraudulent users.

Upon withdrawal of membership, personal information will be immediately destroyed and cannot be reversed, and all coupons, event benefits, points, etc. provided by the company will be extinguished. If there are any points, etc. that have not been used at the time of withdrawal, it is considered that the user has waived their rights to such points, and the points, etc. will be extinguished immediately upon withdrawal.

Rofan AI may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of computer or other information and communication facilities, or disruption of communication, and may completely change or discontinue the services currently provided without prior notice to users for reasons deemed appropriate.

In the event that our service is completely discontinued, you can receive a refund for unused paid points within 3 months of the payment date.

All industrial property rights to the content provided on this site belong to Rofan AI, and the text, images, and other content, as well as the graphic layout, are protected by copyright law. You may not use the information obtained by using Rofan AI for commercial purposes or for the benefit of third parties by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from Rofan AI.

Rofan AI may revise these terms of service within the limits of not violating relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Basic Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Korean law applies to disputes arising from the use of services between Rofan AI and users, and lawsuits arising from this dispute shall be filed with a court in Korea that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
