- Methods of collection: Website browsing, AI conversations, registration, login, payment, inquiries
Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Rofan AI uses the collected personal information for service improvement and statistics, preventing misuse, handling complaints, delivering notices, marketing, and advertising purposes.
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Rofan AI retains personal information for statistical analysis and providing stable services, and will promptly destroy it upon the user’s request or when the purpose of use is achieved.
Provision of Personal Information
Rofan AI generally does not provide personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are as follows:
- If the user has given prior consent
- If required by law or in response to a request from investigative agencies following legal procedures for investigation purposes
Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, with the effective date updated at the top of the document. All changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon update and will replace all previously written policies.
